We are just about to come up on their first wedding anniversary, and what an excellent time it is to go back through all the pictures and reminisce. Your photography skills are appreciated every bit as much now as they were a year ago. Many people have sung your praises, and every positive word written about you is true. But I think of all your outstanding qualities as a photographer, one that really stands out for me is the way you naturally share your love and enthusiasm for photography. You were willing to spend extra time with me explaining what makes a picture "work", and for someone from the Show Me State, that was essential. Most people will probably just look at a picture and appreciate it, but you gave me a look at the behind the scenes aspects, and I can't imagine another photographer willing to educate a curious mother of the bride.

I just wanted to let you know that I was very excited to see Tiffany and Chad's wedding pictures. You did an awesome job…from the engagement pictures, to Tiffany's bridal portraits to the wedding. I simply can't imagine the amount of pictures you and your assistant were able to take. You captured everything with such style and great photography. I was worried that the reception facility would be too dark for pictures, but you proved me wrong, all of Tiffany and Chad's picture have great color and clarity.

For any bride and groom searching for a photographer, I must say: Ray Hill was the best decision we made on our wedding day. His amazing photos are all that you will take home after your special day that flew by so fast...they will be excellent, moving, spectacular and will capture the moment, and for a
competitive price. Mando and I searched and searched before the wedding, looking for the perfect price for the quality which we wanted, which was high. For the quality of work he puts in, others charge up to 3 times the price...believe me, I looked for months. And when I called him, he told me to keep looking and make sure that he was the kind of photographer that I wanted!! Right away his impression on you will be that he just wants to make sure he does a good job so you can treasure your day. Not many are as honest and as helpful as he was!
On the day of the wedding, he was early, professionally dressed, and took whatever photos we wanted, suggesting different poses, and snapping others when you
weren't even trying to pose. We wanted a variety of photos for our album; classic photos but with some
photojournalism and non-traditional photos, some black and whites, some candids, etc. He worked the entire time to make sure that happened. His digital photography is awesome; if your eyes are closed, he can open them, if there is one picture you love but ONE thing is wrong with it, he can fix it! During the wedding he
didn't even have time to eat. My bridesmaids and friends told me he was everywhere, taking pictures of everything, but yet Mando and I
didn't even notice him! Never have I seen someone working so hard! He even volunteered to stay later and take some pictures at the hotel where we were staying. Those were some of the best ones.
For the price, I could honestly not recommend anybody as spectacular in San Antonio. All in all, Ray was excellent, and for the pictures he delivers that capture your day so well, his work is priceless! Thank you so much Ray! We will treasure our photos always!

My new sister-in-law just e-mailed me jealous because I had framed some family photos for her mom but not given any to her. She was begging me to make her copies.
